Tell us what happened

Include your device model, operating system, the app version shown in Settings > About, and which AI model or feature you were using. Describe the steps that led to the problem. Screenshots are optional; remove private conversations or personal details before sending them.

Model downloads

Internet is needed for the initial model download. Check available storage and the model's memory recommendation. If a larger model cannot fit your device, try a smaller choice such as Qwen3 0.6B.

Voice input

Voice input needs microphone and speech recognition permissions, plus supported on-device speech recognition. Text chat remains available when voice input is unsupported.

Your privacy

Conversations are processed locally after downloading a model. If you email support, the information you choose to send becomes part of that email correspondence. Please do not send passwords or sensitive files. Read the privacy policy.
